 As a medical center employee, you will enjoy a generous leave package that includes holidays, annual, sick and personal leave days that assist employees with balancing work and family responsibilities.
- Paid Time Off: Full-time non-exempt staff accrue a minimum of 20 days a year to a maximum of 28 days per year with the maximum carryover of 42 days. Full-time exempt staff accrue 32 days per year with a maximum carryover of 42 days. Regular, part-time employees accrue on a pro-rata basis.
- Extended Sick Leave: Leave is accrued at 6 days per year with no maximum carryover. Regular, part-time employees accrue on a pro-rata basis.
- Sick Leave Bank: This is a bank to assist employees who have exhausted all of their accrued leave. The lifetime benefit is 45 paid sick leave days granted from the bank.
