Driving directions from either I-40 East or West:
Take Exit 386--Highway 129 (Alcoa Highway). Travel south on Highway 129 approximately one mile to the UT Medical Center/Cherokee Trail exit. Follow the exit for the Medical Center campus.
Driving directions from the Airport:
From the airport follow signs to Knoxville. This will take you to Alcoa Highway (north 129). Travel on Alcoa highway (north 129) for approximately 10 miles and exit right at the UT Medical Center/Cherokee Trail exit. The Marine Corps Armory is on the left just before your exit to the right.
If you are dropping off a patient:
Exit Alcoa Highway and proceed straight toward the main entrance of the Medical Center. Stay in the far right lane which turns just after the first (UT Cancer Institute, Day Surgery, University Breast Center) building in the complex onto the street between Medical Buildings B and C. Immediately after you turn, this lane will exit the street to the right into the G2 level of the parking garage. Proceed to your right and you will see on the right at the "Alcoa Highway" end of the parking garage a glassed-in elevator lobby with bench seating. You may drop the patient here to wait until you park. Take these elevators to the third floor. You will see our receptionist through the doors at the left end of the lobby.
