There are several tools available to help protect you from cancer and detect cancer early on to increase your chances of beating it. The following is a brief list of tools you can use to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns.

Use the following tools to check your health indicators.

Breast Self-Exam—This guide from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation gives you the information you need to perform a breast self-exam.

Colorectal Cancer Screening and Family History forms. Please print out and share with your doctor to see when you should have your colorectal screening.

Desirable Body Weight Calculator—Calculate your desirable body weight, which depends on your gender, height and body frame size.

Nutritional Needs Calculator—Find out your ideal calorie consumption and recommended nourishment your body needs.

Skin Self-Exam—Properly check your own skin for any abnormal growths or unusual changes.

Testicular Self-Exam—Learn about this monthly self-exam to check for cancer.
