Your doctor would like you to schedule a routine screening colonoscopy.

Please fill out the enclosed paperwork and call our office today to schedule a consultation appointment with Sheila. Sheila will personally walk you through the entire process from beginning to end on what to expect before, during and after your procedure. She will obtain a detailed medical history from you and give you step-by-step instructions for preparation for the procedure and answer any questions you may have about the process.

At this time, she also will obtain any pre-certification or referral that your insurance may require, and you will leave assured, knowing what your insurance will cover.

Our office will provide you with a complimentary parking token to exit the facility.
