Valet Parking Now at UT Medical Center!

Beginning Oct. 1, 2007, the hospital will offer valet parking for $5 to its patients and families. There is one location for hospital valet parking.

• Front Flag Circle - from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.  (Orange Ticket)

After arrival, you may call 305.8057 (or 8057 within the hospital) to request valets to your vehicle.

Patients and visitors also may park in the public parking lots located in various areas around the hospital.

Parking Rates
$2.00 per day for cars that stay in the parking lot. Each entrance and exit will cost $2.00.

Parking Pass
If a patient is scheduled to stay for several days, visitors may obtain a special parking pass at a reduced weekly rate of $10.00, which will be valid from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekly passes may be purchased at the parking booths or in the Admitting Office, located in the main lobby.

On May 1, a section of I-40 will close between James White Parkway (exit 388A) and Hall of Fame Drive (exit 389) due to construction, which may affect access to UT Medical Center for some patients. UT Medical Center is supplying the following maps and alternate routes when driving from North Knoxville and East Knoxville.
