There are several tools available to help you before you start or during your rehabilitation. The following is a brief list of tools you can use to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns.

Use the following tools to check your health indicators.

BMI Calculator — The body mass index is a numerical value of your weight in relation to your height. The total is a good indicator of health weights regardless of body frame size.

Calorie Burner Calculator — This calculator provides an estimate of the number of calories burned for a given activity and duration.

Desirable Body Weight Calculator — Calculate your desirable body weight, which depends on your gender, height and body frame size.

Hearing Loss Quiz — This simple quiz could help you evaluate whether or not you have hearing loss.

Nutritional Needs Calculator — Find out your ideal calorie consumption and recommended nourishment your body needs.

Stroke Prevention Checklist

Stroke Risk Factors — There are many risk factors that can increase your chances of having a stroke.

Target Heart Rate Calculator — Calculate the range of target heart rates that may be best for you during exercise.

Waist to Hip Calculator — Calculate the size of your waist in relation to the size of your hips to help determine your risk for heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other conditions.
