1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Fresh Basil
1 tsp Paprika to
Kosher Salt to taste

  • Chicken or Turkey Breast
  • Pork Loin
  • Ground Sirloin or 93 % Lean Ground Turkey
  • Fish or Shrimp
  • Sirloin Steak, Flank Steak or Beef Tenderloin
  • Portobello Mushroom
  • Mixed Vegetables or Tofu

Pepper to taste
4 (3 oz) Chicken Breasts


Combine ingredients and marinate the chicken for 4 hours. Cook on a sprayed sheet pan at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until done.
