These are easy and can very imaginative. Many of us made these when we were younger.

juice of choice
popsicle sticks
plastic cups

Simply pour juice into plastic cup, about half to 3/4 full. Let freeze slightly in freezer. Remove cups and place a popsicle stick into the center of each cup. Finish freezing.

Tip: Now even easier!
Use plastic popsicle trays available at many stores. Trays and sticks can be washed and reused.

Variations

  1. Mix fat free Cool Whip with the juice, beat until desired consistency. Follow freezing instructions.
  2. Mix desired fruit into juice, then freeze.
  3. Mix juices together for a unique blend.
  4. Add carbonated water for a fizzy pop.
  5. Use orange juice and vanilla yogurt for a creamsicle.

If using cups, you will need to let them thaw a little in order to get the popsicle out of the cup. Try submersing cups into warm water to loosen (don't leave them in too long though!).
