Serving size: ½ cup
2 T low fat milk
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 medium banana, quartered
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
8, 1/4-inch banana slices
Combine milk, sugar, vanilla and banana in blender on high for 15 seconds until smooth.
Pour mixture into small bowl and fold in yogurt. Chill. Spoon into four bowls and garnish each with two banana slices.
