HEART HEALTHY TIP - April 1, 2009

Taste your food before salting. Too much sodium can cause high blood pressure and can lead to serious fluid build up in people with certain conditions such as congestive heart failure or kidney disease. Reduce your salt intake to lower your blood pressure and reduce your chances of a heart attack.
