It is important for you and your family to prepare for the future. That’s why the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, offers its employees an excellent retirement program. Eligible employees may make payroll contributions with pre-tax dollars to the 403(b) and direct how their contributions are invested.
UHS offers a defined contribution retirement plan for our employees who work at least 50% full-time. A minimum of 5% is contributed by UHS, the employees choose their investment funds. An employee may defer up to the limit set by the Internal Revenue Service each year. Our plan currently accepts rollovers into our plan as well. Plus, we offer the services of an on-site representative from our current record keeper who can assist you with free counseling for fund selection and financial planning.
