All agencies are encouraged to clearly mark their equipment, including the county, to help expedite its return.
Equipment sent with a patient via LIFESTAR is cleaned and kept secure at the LIFESTAR hangar. All equipment excluding that from counties surrounding Knox will be mailed to the referring agency within 48 hours.
