Automatic acceptance is available through LIFESTAR for the following conditions.

  • Trauma
  • Acute MI
  • Unstable Angina
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • 2nd or 3rd degree Heart Block
  • Life Threatening Dysrhythmia (Ventricular Fibrillation, Ventricular Tachycardia, Multi-focal PVC’s)
  • Resuscitated victims of Cardiac Arrest

To refer patients not requiring aeromedical transport, contact the Tennessee Consultation Center at UT Medical Center by calling 800.442.8862.
