OUTLIVE: Tennessee Fights to Beat Cancer  

Tennessee fans from throughout the region and nation showed their Volunteer spirit for cancer patients and families through the OUTLIVE program. More than 12,000 OUTLIVE t-shirts were sold, creating an amazing white-out experience at Thompson-Boling arena during the UT vs. Florida Men’s Basketball game on January 31. This tremendous outpouring of support for the patients and families of the Cancer Institute at the University of Tennessee Medical Center has raised more than $85,000 for the institute’s patient care, education and research programs.

Effective Feb. 3, 2009, OUTLIVE t-shirts are no longer available for purchase - new shirts will be available soon. However, if you would still like to support the OUTLIVE mission of compassion and support for those battling cancer in East Tennessee, you may make a contribution online to the OUTLIVE program.
