“The grocery store is a place that can make or break your eating habits from a healthy living perspective,” said Janet Seiber, RD, LDN, CDE, a registered dietitian at UT Medical Center and a frequent presenter of the tours. “Learning to make better choices in the grocery store really can help you toward a healthier overall lifestyle.”
The registered dietitians from UT Medical Center will give you a tour around area Food City stores and share tips on healthy grocery shopping, comparing food labels and selecting food items that fit your desired eating plan.
