University Physicians’ Association, Inc. (UPA) is an Independent Physician Association (IPA) and is based upon its own governance of physician-led committees. With the entrusted support of physician relationships, UPA is comprised of more than 500 physician and clinician members. The association is devoted to University Health System, Inc. (UHS) and independent clients through multiple services such as credentialing, employment services, managed care contracting, medical staff services and physician billing. UPA is committed to participate in an integrated healthcare delivery system with UHS.
