Memorial & Honorarium Gifts

Gifts in memory or in honor of a special person are a wonderful way to demonstrate care and support. When making your gift, please indicate the name of the person you’d like to recognize, as well as the area you wish to support. It is important to include a mailing address for the individual or the name and mailing address for a close relative/friend so they may be notified of the gift.

Our team will send an acknowledgement of your remembrance to the specified individual(s) (note: your gift amount will not be disclosed). Checks should be made payable to The University of Tennessee Medical Center and mailed to:

In Lieu of Flowers

The University of Tennessee Medical Center is available to assist you in developing memorial gift instructions for obituaries in lieu of flowers. Please contact the Development Office at 865.305.6611 or development@utmck.edu for further assistance.

Example 1: In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be designated for _______ at The University of Tennessee Medical Center and the UT Graduate School of Medicine.
