Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) with transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) is a minimally invasive way to evaluate mediastinal lymphadenopathy and perform lymph node staging for lung cancer.

The Heart Lung Vascular Institute at UT Medical Center provides a rapid-access clinic for all EBUS referrals. Interventional Pulmonologists are available to follow the patient as needed or can return the follow up care entirely to the referring physician.
