Dear The University of Tennessee Medical Center,
Happy New Year! If you are anything like my household, we
already are working on our second round of colds for the season. The
country is being slammed with cold, rain and snow, and we all are
struggling to find ways to keep healthy. This issue of Healthy Living
has some great ideas for cold and flu prevention, protecting seniors (and
yourself for that matter) from winter weather, ideas for getting your
kids involved in the kitchen and other warm ways to keep your good health
throughout the cold weather.
As always, I look forward to hearing your ideas for our
eNewsletter, and I wish you an excellent year!
Stay Warm!
