Spring usually is the time of year that people begin
evaluating their health—mostly because swimsuit season will be coming
around shortly. But spring provides a great time to take a look at other
aspects of your health besides just weight loss. This issue of Healthy
Living provides an excellent start to planning the healthiest you.
From screenings to cooking to disease prevention and treatment, we have
it all right here. Some hot topics in the news that we are taking a look
at include HPV, IBS, colon cancer, quitting smoking and, of course we
won’t leave out, weight loss. Now is a great time to schedule your
checkups and screenings and attend exciting new classes—before the nice
weather draws you outside for the season.
