Greetings,
In recognition of August 1-7 as World Breastfeeding Week, this month’s issue of Healthy Living features breastfeeding. Many new mothers run into hurdles when first beginning this practice, and it may take several tries before it becomes routine for both baby and mother. Our first feature article will answer many of your questions, but remember to give yourself time to learn this process. Other topics this month include developing a healthy lifestyle, lowering your cholesterol, women-related diseases, water safety and a patient story about the importance of early recognition of stroke symptoms.
Hope you are enjoying your summer!
