Dear Reader,
I think a lot of people have health concerns right now. If you are not worried about seasonal flu and H1N1 (swine) flu, you probably have concerns about nutrition and getting enough exercise with the cold weather on its way. You also may be thinking about prostate health during National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month (September) or breast health since National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is in October. I've compiled this issue to help answer questions you may have and offer ideas on how to focus on and maintain/improve your health.
This issue also contains patient stories of hope and survival, fascinating new procedures and services at the medical center and great information on snacking and cooking for better health. Hope you enjoy!
Stay healthy!
