Student Nursing Programs
We offer opportunities for nursing students and new graduate nurses seeking further development or the launching of their nursing career.
Educational Assistance
To enable regular employees to perform their present duties more effectively and assist in preparing them for future opportunities by providing a plan of educational assistance.
- Full-time, regular staff may enroll without payment of fees in up to a maximum of 9 semester undergraduate or graduate credit hours per term at The University of Tennessee or a Tennessee Board of Regents college. Also, we will reimburse an employee attending a private college for up to 9 semester hours.
- Part-time, regular staff working 50% time or more, may enroll without payment of fees based upon their percent of effort. If attending a private college, we will reimburse based upon their percent of effort.
We also assist regular employees by providing a student fee discount for their spouse and dependent children who are classified as undergraduate students at The University of Tennessee or a Tennessee Board of Regents School. The amount of the student fee discount shall be no more than 50% of the undergraduate in-state maintenance fee.
