Physician & Clinician Remote Access to UTMC Clinical Systems

To access applications remotely (for instance, Cerner Powerchart, Pacsweb, CPOE, etc.),

Click on this link and log in using your Network username and password. If this is the first time you have used this link, you will be prompted to download a Citrix plug-in from the leftmost pane of Citrix Access Gateway.

CPOE Educational Resources

Providers and Nurses can review one to three minute videos on the key aspects of doing CPOE.  These videos are designed to work with PC and Apple video formats.  If you have problems viewing them or would like to suggest other topics please email us at CPOE@mc.utmck.edu.

rDirectory

rDirectory is an Employee Directory.  With this tool, each employee can maintain their personal contact information (phone number, department, etc.) online so it can be available to others within the hospital system.  Once you make a change in rDirectory, your new information will be seen by everyone in the email address book. You can also use it to find anyone in the hospital email system quickly. Click here to log into rDirectory

Intranet Remote Access

Insite is now mobile-friendly. To access the intranet remotely (from any computer, laptop, mobile device, etc. not networked) open your browser and go to http://insite.utmck.edu/ and log in using your Network username and password.

**If you need to access clinical systems (for instance, Cerner Powerchart, Pacsweb, CPOE, etc.) or other secure sites like Lawson's Pay Advices or Onsite WebScheduler, you will have to go through the Citrix gateway. These links will not work when accessing Insite through the new mobile-friendly site.
