Remember a Loved One
Individuals are able to give gifts of support to programs throughout the University of Tennessee Medical Center and the UT Graduate School of Medicine in memory or in honor of a special individual. All gifts will be acknowledged to the donor and a special acknowledgement letter will be sent to the honoree/family informing them of the gift. The donor’s name and address are given to the recipient unless otherwise requested by the donor. Gift amounts are not revealed in the family/honoree letter.
Special arrangements can be made for tribute gifts in honor of a birthday, holiday, anniversary or other special occasion. We will be happy to work with you to create an individualized program to meet your needs. Examples of specialize tribute programs are:
- Birthday or anniversary gifts designated to a specific program or project at the Medical Center.
- Donating a mammogram or PSA exam for an at-need patient as a Mother’s Day or Father’s Day gift.
- Adopting a library journal in someone’s name as a holiday gift.
- Providing a scholarship with the employee education program to commemorate a graduation.
