The Center for Women & Children's Health is a hub for supporting women's and children's individual healthcare needs. The center provides support, research and unmatched patient-centered care.
Emergency and Trauma Services is the only Level I Trauma Center in the area and serves as the tertiary referral center for medical care in East Tennessee, serving Knox County and 21 surrounding counties.
The Heart Lung Vascular Institute brings together expertise in clinical care, teaching and research. Patients receive exceptional healthcare combined with patient-centered care.

The 1956 Society provides a venue for friends of the University of Tennessee Medical Center and UT Graduate School of Medicine to pledge their annual financial support to our mission of exceptional patient care, medical research and education.
Community members can join The 1956 Society by contributing an annual gift to any program at the Medical Center and Graduate School of Medicine. Individuals, foundations and corporations giving $50 - $24,999 are honored through The 1956 Society and will receive special recognition through listed listing on the Benefactors Mural located in the hospital's lobby, invitations to special events and much more.
It is through philanthropic support that we are able to continue and expand our mission of exceptional patient care, education and research. The members of The 1956 Society are committed to this mission and have been a pivotal force in its success.
