Wondering how you can get a good night's sleep? UT Medical Center is offering a free program to help you get the facts on sleep disorders and how you can get a good night's sleep.
The program takes place Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Messiah Lutheran Church, 6900 Kingston Pike
This FREE program is presented by Kevin M. Martinolich, MD, FCCP, Diplomate, American Board of Sleep Medicine, and Michael Powers, MBA, RRT, administrative director of the Heart Lung Vascular Institute at UT Medical Center.
Most adults need at least eight hours of sleep every night to be well-rested but not everyone gets the sleep they need. In fact, about 40 million people in the United States suffer from sleep problems every year.
