Urgent Care Clinic Offers Walk-In Medical Care at Northshore

The physicians at UT Medical Center know that your busy schedule can sometimes make it hard to get to the doctor. University Urgent Care Northshore now offers after-hours medical services to established and new patients while maintaining the quality care for which the University of Tennessee Medical Center is known.

“We’ve opened the University Urgent Care Clinic because we know people are busy and that they can’t always get to the doctor during typical physician’s office hours,” said Steve Ross, senior vice president for Strategic Development at UT Medical Center. “I think what really sets this clinic apart from others is that our physician and nurse practitioners at the clinic will have full and immediate access to all of the resources that are always available through The University of Tennessee Medical Center. Depending on the needs of each patient, that can prove to be a tremendous benefit.”

The clinic offers urgent care services to residents of Knox, Blount, Loudon and surrounding counties. The urgent care clinic provides convenient walk-in medical care for illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening. You will be cared for by either a physician or an experienced nurse practitioner.
