Cooking Class Battles Holiday Bulge

Avoid the holiday bulge! Begin the holidays with a Holiday Appetizer Makeover. This holiday season, start your gatherings with low-fat appetizers from the Healthy Living Kitchen. The cooking class staff will give you festive tips on party planning and avoiding the holiday bulge.

The next cooking class is Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 12 noon at the Heart Lung Vascular Institute's Healthy Living Kitchen, Suite E-170 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. The cost is $20 and includes a meal, cooking instruction and tips and education.
