Grocery Store Tour Teaches Healthy Shopping

Have you ever walked through the grocery store and wondered if you are making the right choices for a healthy lifestyle? Join registered dietitian Janet Seiber, RD for a grocery store tour around Kroger to learn tips on healthy grocery shopping, selecting food items that fit into your eating plan and comparing food labels.
The tour will take place April 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Kroger in Knox Plaza at 4918 Kingston Pike.
