Heart Lung Vascular Nurses Receive Certifications

The Heart Lung Vascular Institute would like to congratulate several members of its staff that have received their certifications. Congratulations to the following people.Donna Boxell, RN – Donna has been a nurse for 9 years. She began her career at UT Medical Center and has been working for 7 East since March 2003 in a regular position.
Jada Bates, RN – Jada has been a nurse for more than 11 years. She began her career at UT Medical Center in 1989 in various positions while attending school. She has worked with the cardiothoracic patients for 14 years. She is currently in a management role on 7 East that she has held since August 2005.
Sherry Welbes, RN – Sherry has been a nurse for 24 years and began her career at UT Medical Center in 1987. She has worked with the cardiothoracic patient since being at UT Medical Center. Sherry currently works as a team leader and is looked to for her clinical excellence.
