The Center for Women & Children's Health is a hub for supporting women's and children's individual healthcare needs. The center provides support, research and unmatched patient-centered care.
Emergency and Trauma Services is the only Level I Trauma Center in the area and serves as the tertiary referral center for medical care in East Tennessee, serving Knox County and 21 surrounding counties.

Join The University of Tennessee Medical Center for this comprehensive community wellness fair on Feb. 28 and become wise about your health. HEARTWISE is the "one stop shop" for everything related to heart, lung and vascular health. The program is at the Heart Lung Vascular Institute from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Heart Lung Vascular Institute will offer the community the most comprehensive array of educational programs, demonstrations and screening services available at one location - the Heart Lung Vascular Institute.

HEARTWISE will feature several educational programs.
For adults 50+ or those with a family history, the following screenings of heart disease, a comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment including lipid panel, ultra sound evaluation and EKG is available for only $15 along with Cardiac Calcium Scoring available for an additional $99. Additionally, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pulmonary testing is available at no charge.
