Evaluation and Management of Aortic Aneurysms and Dissections

Join cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Raymond Dieter and vascular surgeon Dr. Scott Stevens on June 25 at 12 noon for an information session about the evaluation and management of aortic aneurysms and dissections. Dr. Dieter, Dr. Stevens and the other physicians who make up the Aortic Center at The University of Tennessee Medical Center provide unsurpassed expertise and leadership in the care of patients with disorders of the aorta. A few of the topics that will be discussed include
- Incidence and etiology of aortic aneurysms and dissections
- Identifying the patient at risk for aortic pathology
- Screening and diagnostic tools for aortic disease
- Current therapies for aortic disease
