Confused about labels? Need recipes and tips for delicious and healthy snacks and meals? Want fast and healthy food suggestions?
Join registered dietitian, Janet Seiber, RD, CDE, for a tour around the grocery store to learn quick tips on healthy shopping, comparing food labels, and foods to stock in your kitchen.
The tour will take place Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. at FoodCity 689, 2939 Alcoa Hwy., Village Plaza in Knoxville, TN.
