The Center for Women & Children's Health is a hub for supporting women's and children's individual healthcare needs. The center provides support, research and unmatched patient-centered care.
Emergency and Trauma Services is the only Level I Trauma Center in the area and serves as the tertiary referral center for medical care in East Tennessee, serving Knox County and 21 surrounding counties.
The Heart Lung Vascular Institute brings together expertise in clinical care, teaching and research. Patients receive exceptional healthcare combined with patient-centered care.

Join LIFESTAR and Emergency & Trauma Services when they present the 6th Annual LIFESTAR / Emergency & Trauma Services Symposium on Aug. 21 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Wood Auditorium at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
Attendees will receive information on the following topics.
Lunch will be provided. 
This program has been approved for a total of 0.60 CEUs. It has been submitted to the Emergency Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours.
Early registration of $40 for this program runs until Aug. 6. After Aug. 6, the cost is $50.
