In a medical situation, knowing what processes, documents or services are available for your protection can be overwhelming. Join Bennett L. Cox, Esq., Chief General Counsel for The University of Tennessee Medical Center, as he helps you to prepare for and understand these legal issues. Additionally, Elizabeth Xiques, MSN, ANP-BC with University Palliative Care discusses what Palliative Care means, and how patients and families can benefit from services that promote comfort in advanced illness.
The program is Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the new Heart Hospital Conference Center at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
