Eating Healthy: Warm Winter Recipes

Now that the feasting on holiday treats has come to a close, it is important to get on track for the rest of the year. Eating healthy in the winter months is just as important, if not more so, as in the summer months—especially to avoid that “winter weight” that is so hard to shed.

Soups, chili and other warm dishes will warm you up in the cold, help you use up those leftovers and help you maintain your weight during the sometimes less-active months. The following are warm winter recipes for you and your family.
