Nutrition Made Easy - Knowledge is Power symposium with Dr. David Katz is April 26 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Knoxville Convention Center, Knoxville, TN. He will provide insight and guidance on basic nutrition for lifelong weight control, health and wellness and prevention of chronic diseases. Also appearing, Dr. Bret Rogers, a University of Tennessee Medical Center cardiologist. His topic Heart Health in Our Region will focus on the importance of nutrition’s role in maintaining optimal heart health. Staff from the medical center’s Healthy Living Kitchen will be on hand with literature for all attendees.
