- 9:00 a.m. Morning Cooking Demonstration for a Healthy Heart
- 10:30 a.m. Grocery Shopping Tips to Improve your Wellness
- 12:30 p.m. Afternoon Cooking Demonstration for a Healthy Heart
For adults 50+ or those with a family history, the following screenings of heart disease will be available:
- Comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk Assessment including lipid panel, ultra sound evaluation and EKG is available for only $30 and fasting is required.
- Cardiac Calcium Scoring available for an additional $99.
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pulmonary testing is available at no charge.
