The classes take a hands-on approach to cooking with personal instruction that guides you through every stage of preparation. The Healthy Living staff provides a thorough overview of each recipe and a copy for you to take home. In addition to learning recipies and techniques, you will learn how to make any meal healthy for you and your family.
Meet our kitchen staff, which includes Senior Executive Chef Mark McKinney; Cardiac Nurse Specialist Jane Kelly, BSN, RN; and Dietitian Janet Seiber, RD, LDN, CDE.
Advance registration of $20 includes nutrition advice, meal and materials.
