Healthy Living Kitchen's Cookbook - A Recipe for Life now Available!

The Healthy Living Kitchen at the University of Tennessee Medical Center has offered hundreds of cooking classes, grocery store tours and healthy-living programs. Now, the Healthy Living Kitchen has combined 5 years of nutritional knowledge, lifestyle tips and healthy recipes into  A Recipe for Life! Whether you have had a diagnosis of heart disease, diabetes, or celiac disease, or just interested in improving your health, this book provides step-by-step instruction to making healthier lifestyle choices in and out of the kitchen. 

A Recipe for Life includes tips for grocery shopping, selected diet plans, meal planning, cooking tips, recipe modifications, and recipes for all occasions! Participants of the Healthy Living Kitchen Cooking Classes have evaluated the recipes and found them to be simple, delicious and nutritious. This cookbook is one that you will enjoy, or enjoy giving as a gift!
