EVENT DATE: March 16

Eating well and living healthy can be very challenging in our fast-paced world. However, choosing a diet that has proper nutrition can help decrease the development of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Join Janet Seiber, RD, CDE, and Jane Kelly, RN, CWPC, with The University of Tennessee Medical Center’s Healthy Living Kitchen as they give helpful tips on how to improve your nutrition by increasing your knowledge of how to use food labels and grocery shopping smart tips. The Healthy Living Kitchen staff will also teach you how to modify your favorite recipes with a heart-healthy demonstration.

This program is free, but registration is required by calling 865.305.6877.
