Please join The University of Tennessee Medical Center staff and patient families for the first annual Lights of Love Illumination Ceremony on Nov. 20 at the East entrance in front of the Boling Pavilion. The Lights of Love event is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. with refreshments and music provided by the Akima singers. At 6:30, the tree will be illuminated.

Lights of Love is a year-round program that provides a special way to honor or remember a loved one; to recognize a holiday or other special event; to say “thank you” for medical care received at the hospital; or to give a special holiday gift. All donations support the Pastoral Care Program at UT Medical Center.

We invite you to participate by giving a light to be placed on the Lights of Love tree that will be located at the East entrance of the medical center, just outside the Boling Pavilion. You can give a light for a minimum donation of $15. Names of those being honored or remembered and the names of each donor will be listed in the online Lights of Love Remembrance Book and will be on display in a special Remembrance Book kept in the hospital chapel. Plan on seeing your special gift come to “light,” at the Lights of Love Illumination Ceremony.
