Cooking Class in Knoxville Demonstrates How the Holidays can be Healthy

The holiday season is filled with delicious treats that make our mouths water and our pants a little tighter. This holiday season, give the gift of good health by serving holiday recipes from the Healthy Living Kitchen. "Recipe for a Healthy Holiday Feast" will take place Nov. 14 at 12 noon in the Healthy Living Kitchen.

The Healthy Living Kitchen team will show you how to make a fabulous holiday feast using low-fat options. The team, which includes a registered dietitian, registered nurse and chef, also will share helpful tips on party planning and avoiding the holiday bulge. The kitchen staff will provide recipes, cooking demonstrations and teach you how to make healthier versions of your traditional favorites.
