Returning Expo favorites include the Cooking Stage, Fit Family Area, Activity Stage and Walking Track. The areas feature activities and speakers offering healthy living tools, tips and techniques with prize drawings after every activity. Expo visitors have access to FREE health screenings and can participate in fitness activities at The Rush Fitness Complex pavilion. The Fit Family Area presents exhibits with information for today's families.

The Activity Stage showcases fitness through movement. Demonstrations range from dance, karate and gymnastics to Pilates, kickboxing and yoga, offering entertaining and effective fitness options. Friday's special guest is local favorite Dr. Robert Overholt of "The Dr. Bob Show." Saturday's special guest is a contestant from NBC's "Biggest Loser," Tara Costa, with an inspirational healthy living story.

The Healthy Living Walking Track, a quarter-mile indoor walking track that surrounds the Expo floor, will allow visitors the opportunity to participate in scheduled walks for PRIZES and to support local charities.

The area's largest event focused on health, fitness, nutrition and living green returns for the sixth year. Sponsored by WBIR-TV, the Healthy Living Expo offers interactive, educational exhibits, demonstrations and presentations. Each year, Expo producers work to find new ideas, products and information. More than 130 individual companies fill more than 250 exhibits. The Expo continues to grow each year from its launch in 2005, with the five-year attendance topping 40,000.
