Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Ingredients
15.25 oz. can pineapple chunks in their own juice
11 oz. can mandarin oranges in water or light syrup
1 medium apple, cut into bite-size pieces
_ cup halved green or red grapes
1 Tablespoon honey
_ teaspoon ground cinnamon
_ cup plus 2 Tablespoons low-fat granola with raisins
Directions
Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Drain the mandarin oranges.
In a medium bowl, stir together the pineapple, oranges, apple and grapes.
In a small bowl, stir together the reserved pineapple juice, honey and cinnamon. Pour over the fruit mixture, stirring gently to coat.
To serve, spoon the fruit into bowls. Sprinkle with granola.
