Frozen Yogurt Pops
These are easy, tasty and a cool treat that even the kids can make.
yogurt of choice (best: light, low-fat or fat-free)
popsicle sticks
plastic cups
Simply pour yogurt into plastic cup, about half to 3/4 full. Let freeze slightly in freezer. Remove cups and place a popsicle stick into the center of each cup. Finish freezing.

*Mix orange juice and vanilla yogurt for a creamsicle.
If using cups, you will need to let them thaw a little in order to get the popsicle out of the cup. Try submersing cups into warm water to loosen (don't leave them in too long though!).
