Summer Squash with Cherry Tomatoes & Basil

Servings: 5
Serving size: 1/5 of recipe (4.4 ounces)

1 Tbs Olive oil
1 lb yellow squash, sliced
8 each cherry tomatoes halved
1 Tbsp basil, chopped
1 pinch Salt and pepper, to taste
In a pre heated sauté pan, add olive oil. once oil is hot add squash and sauté to lightly caramelized. Add tomatoes and basil, toss to heat. Season with salt and pepper.
