Superfood Smoothie


Servings: 4

2 Tbs ground flaxseed
1 cup low fat soymilk
1 cup light yogurt (vanilla or fruit variety)
1 banana
1½ cups frozen berries or other frozen fruit
Splenda to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until desired texture.

Tip for a quick breakfast: The night before, measure flaxseed, soymilk, yogurt and banana. Put in plastic food storage container. Place container in the refrigerator. In the morning, add frozen fruit and combine container contents into the blender.
