Health Break - Cut Cancer Rates in Half

 

 

We all set goals for ourselves. Like vowing to lose weight. Or exercising more. Or how about...cuttingcancer rates in half?We can do it, if we alldo our part. The fact is, cancer can be prevented by doing afew important things for yourself. Like eat more fruits and vegetables. Add more exercise to your dailyroutine. Wear sunscreen, especially in the summer months. Limit alcohol consumption and quit tobaccoproducts for good. And participate in cancer screenings – including screenings for skin, colon, breastand prostate cancer – for early detection.
